TIG/MIG WELDER & FABRICATOR
TIG/MIG Welder & Fabricator
Proformance Machine is seeking an energetic welder that is proficient in both TIG and MIG welding and materials fabrication. This individual will take on start-to-finish product manufacturing and assist in business growth.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of TIG welding experience with high proficiency in aluminum welding required.
- Competency with tube notching and bending
- Experience designing fixturing and work holding for part-projects
- Proficient with geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T)
- Automotive experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Create models/geometry using requisite software
- Set up programming, fixtures and tooling to manufacture components completely
- Ensure programs meet or exceed target machining times to optimize capacity
- Operate CNC and other machines to manufacture conforming workpieces
- Ensure finished assemblies meet tolerances, quality and functional criteria as expected
- Participate in product rescheduling/modification of the production plan
- Maintain work area and equipment and follow prescribed safety procedures
- Order tooling and supplies as needed
- Follow work orders and work instructions
- Assist and provide input in operational growth, including technology/techniques
- Other responsibilities may be added or assumed based on necessity
Environmental:
- May require long periods of standing or sitting
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts, moderate-to-high noise, fumes and airborne particles
- Lifting up to 50 pounds repetitively
Time and Benefits:
- Full-Time, Non-Exempt (Hourly)
- Schedule 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM M-F, subject to overtime and situational requirements

SALES CONSULTANT
Proformance Pros is seeking an energetic and professional Sales Consultant to promote and sell products and services to the pulling truck and general motorsports customer base, order parts and materials from vendors, as well as update and maintain the E-commerce catalogue.
Qualifications:
- Professional verbal/phone and written communication skills
- Competency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) software
- Experience using POS and inventory lookup system
- Experience using a CRM/customer database tool
- Automotive experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with customers to provide an exceptional purchasing experience
- Communicate with vendors and source from stores, hubs, and suppliers
- Develop strong knowledge of product inventories and vendor lead times
- Maintain/develop basic automotive systems and parts knowledge
- Create purchase orders for parts and materials to fill sales orders or meet shop requirements
- Create sales orders based on customer calls/web inquiries and convert sales orders to invoices
- Maintain inventories, including stocking and cycle counts
- Prepare/assemble, package, and ship customer orders
- Learn inventory and customer management system and update/verify accuracy
- Update and maintain product library for E-commerce, including part descriptions and product IDs

- Potential for exposure to moving mechanical parts, moderate-to-high noise, fumes and airborne particles

MACHINE SHOP MANAGER/CNC PROGRAMMER
Proformance Machine is seeking an energetic Machine Shop Manager that is proficient in CNC programming. This individual will take on start-to-finish product manufacturing, develop and oversee an operator team and assist in business growth. Will consider CNC Programmer only if not interested in management.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in CNC programming with CNC mills and multi-axis CNC
- Competency with Fusion 360, Solidworks, MasterCam, and ProNest software
- Extensive knowledge of CNC machining centers, work holding, and tooling
- Experience designing fixturing, work holding, and tool selection for part-projects
- Proficient with geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T)
- Automotive experience is a plus
